Onsite Printing Photography and Social Media Stations for Events
A branded print in the attendee’s hand within seconds, the same photo in their inbox and on their feed, and a lead report on your desk before the show closes.
We run onsite printing stations, social media photo stations and green screen photo activations at trade shows, conventions, sponsor booths, corporate events and company holiday parties nationwide. Every station is staffed by our own team, billed hourly and quoted as one clear number, with branded prints, email and text delivery, lead capture and a certificate of insurance included.

39 years
Running onsite printing and photo activation stations at conventions and corporate events since 1987.
Seconds
A branded print, an email and a text with the photo, all delivered while the attendee is still at your booth.
Six stations, 12,000 guests
Our largest single night of onsite printing, run at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio for one corporate holiday party.
How an Onsite Printing Station Works at Your Event
Branded Backdrop, Green Screen or Step and Repeat
We set up a clean backdrop, a sponsor step and repeat or a green screen with your custom background, so every photo carries your brand from the first frame. Magazine covers, product scenes and venue skylines are all in the library.
Photograph, Print and Hand Over in Seconds
A dye sublimation printer at the station produces a finished 4×6 or 5×7 print with your logo and event graphic in seconds. The attendee walks away with something physical, which is the reason the line forms in the first place.
Email and Text Delivery with Social Sharing
The same photo goes to the attendee by email and text while they are still standing at the station, ready to post to LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook. A branded delivery email carries your message and your link.
Lead Capture and a Lead Report
Every email address and phone number entered at the station is collected for you. At the end of the show you receive a lead report of every attendee who took a photo, ready for your sales team or your CRM.
Live Slideshow and Booth Traffic
A streaming slideshow of the photos plays on a monitor at the booth while prints come out, which pulls more attendees off the aisle. A busy station is the best advertising a booth can have.

Why Exhibitors and Event Planners Choose Us
Thirty nine years of experience
We have run onsite printing and photo stations at conventions, trade shows and corporate events since 1987, so we know how to keep a line moving without rushing the photo or jamming the printer.
Prints, email, text and social in one station
Attendees leave with a physical print and a digital copy already on their phone. One station covers the print, the delivery and the share.
Real lead generation, reported
Every attendee who takes a photo enters an email or phone number to receive it. You get the full lead report at the end of the show, not a guess at booth traffic.
Branded from backdrop to inbox
Backdrops, green screen backgrounds, print borders and the delivery email all carry your logo and your message, so the station reinforces your brand at every step.
One consistent team
Your station is staffed by our own experienced production team with proven workflows, coordinated ahead of time to match your event, whether it is a single day booth or a multi day annual meeting.
Certificate of insurance included
Professional liability coverage with a certificate naming your venue as additional insured, ready before load in.
How We Work with Meeting Planners, Sponsors and Marketing Teams
Sponsor activations and lead generation
A sponsored photo station gives a sponsor something measurable: a branded print in every hand, a branded email in every inbox and a lead list at the end of the show. Meeting planners use it as a sponsorship package that sells itself.
Opening receptions, galas and VIP events
Onsite printing works at the opening reception, the awards gala and the VIP dinner as well as on the show floor. Guests take a framed print home and the sponsor logo goes with it.
Multi day programs and second stations
For a multi day convention we staff the station for the full run of the show and add a second station when traffic calls for it, with the same team and the same look every day.
Deliverables and usage rights
You receive every photo taken at the station in a full resolution gallery with full usage rights, plus the lead report. Turnaround on the gallery is same day.
RFP ready proposals
Send us your show dates, booth size, expected traffic and branding, and you get back a scoped proposal with one clear hourly number, ready to drop into your RFP response.
Company holiday parties
The same stations run our December work, from a single backdrop and a printer to six stations for 12,000 guests in one night.
FAQ: Onsite Printing Photography and Social Media Stations
Why does your experience matter for an onsite printing station?
Thirty nine years of running photo stations means we know how fast a line really moves, how many prints an hour a station can produce without the printer overheating, and how to keep the photos consistent from the first attendee to the last. A station that jams or stalls loses the line in minutes. Experience is what keeps it moving.
How fast does the attendee get their print?
Seconds. The photo is taken, the branded print comes out of the dye sublimation printer and the attendee walks away with it, usually before the next person is in position.
Do attendees also get a digital copy?
Yes. The same photo goes to them by email and text while they are at the station, ready to share on LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook. The delivery email carries your branding and your link.
How does the lead capture work?
Attendees enter their email address or phone number to receive the photo. We collect every entry and deliver a lead report to you at the end of the show, ready for your sales team or CRM.
Can the prints and the backdrop be branded?
Yes. Print borders, green screen backgrounds, step and repeat backdrops and the delivery email are all customized with your logo, your event graphic or your sponsor’s branding.
What is green screen photography and when should we use it?
Green screen lets us place attendees into a custom background in seconds, such as a magazine cover, a product scene, a city skyline or a sponsor graphic. It works well when the booth has no room for a physical backdrop or when you want a novelty print people will keep.
How many people can one station photograph in a day?
A single station typically photographs and prints for 150 to 250 attendees over a full show day, depending on hours and how elaborate the setup is. For larger events we add a second station or a second printer.
What do we need to provide at the booth?
Space for the backdrop and a table, and power. We bring the camera, lighting, backdrop or green screen, computer, printers, paper and the delivery software.
Can you run an onsite printing station at events outside Texas?
Yes. We run onsite printing and social media stations at conventions, trade shows and corporate events nationwide, including Las Vegas, San Diego, Phoenix, Chicago, Orlando and New Orleans. Your station is staffed by our own team with proven workflows, coordinated ahead of time to match your event.
What is included in onsite printing pricing?
Every quote covers the staffed hours and days you need, the full camera, lighting, backdrop and printer setup, prints and paper, email and text delivery, the lead report, a same day gallery and a certificate of insurance. Billing is hourly and you get one clear number, not a range.
Can we combine an onsite printing station with a headshot station or general event coverage?
Yes. An onsite printing station pairs easily with a headshot station, trade show booth coverage or full convention photography on the same booking, with one team and one invoice.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your dates and booth are confirmed. Popular show weeks and the first two weeks of December fill first, but we can often accommodate shorter notice outside those windows.
