Texas company parties crowd onto the same handful of Fridays and Saturdays in the first three weeks of December, and one photographer can only stand in one ballroom at a time. Book in September or October and you get first pick of the calendar, plus real time to plan the print station, the backdrop and the branded template. Call in late November and you take whatever date is still open.
