FINAL DELIVERY OF IMAGES
Working on location at your meeting is what we do best. Not only do we take incredible images but we also upload the files onsite if we have wifi access or allowed in your staff area to upload.
Final delivery of images take a week or less depending on the length of the assignment. If it is just a one day assignment we will give them with a few days or less. Please note you will always get your images uploaded on site for your team to use for their social media needs. Also we will edit onsite an image if needed. Due to the scope of any convention or event job it will be hard to edit onsite in a way that will bring out the very best of each image. You will get polished photos via the final catalog.
CATALOG OF IMAGES DELIVERED
When you receive the images they will be cataloged by day and each day will have subfolders for the various sessions, general sessions, Tradeshow or events.
In addition we make special folders for images that we feel your team will like to get right away instead of browsing ever folder which is time consuming.
