We are the Houston event photographers and convention photographers that meeting planners, event planners, association executives and convention managers call when a program runs across the George R. Brown Convention Center, the anchor hotels and NRG Park at the same time. Coverage includes general session and keynote speaker photography, exhibitor booth and trade show floor photography, corporate event photography, awards banquets and attendee candids.

Houston programs rarely sit in one building. A citywide spreads from the exhibit halls into the two anchor hotels and, for the energy shows, out to NRG Park. These are rooms we have actually worked, not a coverage area we could drive to.
George R. Brown Convention Center
Our most photographed Houston room. Exhibit halls, general sessions, the technology corridor, breakouts and registration. CERAWeek, Vision Source and Essilor ONE have all been covered inside this building.
NRG Park and NRG Center
Where the large energy and industrial trade shows land. Expo floor coverage, exhibitor booths and sponsor activations across a footprint that takes a plan and comfortable shoes.

Are you actually based in Houston?
Yes. We keep an office downtown at 966 Texas Avenue, a walk from the George R. Brown Convention Center, staffed by the same experienced local team on every Houston booking.
Can you cover the George R. Brown and a hotel ballroom on the same program?
Yes, and in Houston it is the normal case. The Marriott Marquis and the Hilton Americas both connect to the exhibit halls by skybridge, so a photographer can move between them without leaving the building. We build the run of show around every room.
Do you work NRG Park as well as downtown?
Yes. The larger energy and industrial trade shows land at NRG Center, and the footprint out there needs a plan rather than a wander. We scout the aisles before doors and shoot to a route.
What drives the cost of Houston convention photography?
Four levers: number of days, number of photographers, hours per day, and how fast you need files. Send your run of show and we come back with a scoped number, not a range.
How fast do we actually get the photos?
Selects are edited between sessions and posted the same day. The complete gallery is finished the same day the program ends. That single thing wins us more repeat business than anything else we do.
Do you run headshot stations and onsite printing?
Both, and they are the two highest traffic things you can put in a booth. Consistent lighting, a short line, and files in the attendee’s hand or inbox before they leave the floor.

How far ahead should we book?
Houston fills early around the big energy weeks. Outside those windows we can often take shorter notice, but if your dates collide with a citywide, book as soon as the venue is contracted.
Do you photograph exhibitor booths before the show opens?
Yes, and it is the right way to do it. Clean booth frames during the quiet window before doors, then traffic and staff engagement once the floor is live.
Will our photos be used to advertise your business?
Only with permission. Many clients are happy for their event to appear in our portfolio, some are not, and a few have restrictions on which frames. Tell us at booking and we will honor it.
