Our Austin office is at 578 Lavaca Street, Suite 2050, in the core of downtown. Everything a citywide touches is inside a few blocks: the Fairmont Austin, the JW Marriott Austin, the Hilton Austin, the Austin Marriott Downtown and the Palmer Events Center across Lady Bird Lake.

One thing Austin meeting planners should know from a photographer who works here: the Austin Convention Center is closed for its rebuild and does not reopen until 2029. Until then Austin citywides are distributed across the downtown hotel ballrooms and the Palmer Events Center, which means a program that used to sit in one building now runs in three or four at once. That is a coverage problem before it is a photography problem, and it is the reason planners call us rather than booking one photographer per room.
